Our program blends targeted math intervention with hands-on creative arts and crafts projects to help students close learning gaps, reduce math anxiety, and apply concepts in meaningful and engaging ways.
All students begin with a required Math Skills Assessment ($50) to determine their current level and ensure proper group placement before the program begins.
Whether in our small-group sessions (max 5 students per group) for Grades 4–5, 6–7, or 8–9, or in personalized one-on-one tutoring, students focus on building number sense, problem-solving strategies, and lasting math confidence to ensure they are ready for the upcoming school year.

In 6 weeks, we will focus on 1–2 key learning gaps identified in the diagnostic assessment.
Weekly check-ins and mini-assessments let us adjust lessons instantly so your child experiences steady, measurable improvement and reduced math anxiety.
Program Schedule
Grades 4–5: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Foundational math support with creative, hands-on projects
Grades 6–7: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Math foundations and pre-algebra readiness with art-integrated learning
Grades 8–9: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
Pre-algebra and algebra support with project-based learning
One-on-One Tutoring: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Personalized 45-minute sessions by appointment
👥 Small-Group Math Tutoring
Our small-group sessions blend targeted math intervention with hands-on creative arts and crafts. Students build essential math skills while staying engaged through fun, project-based learning activities. All students are grouped by grade band and skill level to ensure the instruction meets them where they are.
Schedule: 3 Days Per Week | 4.5 Hours Per Week
What's Included:

Small-Group Rate: $135/week
4.5 hours of instruction per week | Max 5 students per group

👤 One-on-One Math Tutoring
Does your child need fully personalized math support? Our one-on-one sessions are tailored to each student's specific needs with a customized intervention plan designed to target their exact gaps and build confidence at their own pace.
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM (By Appointment)
What's Included:

One-on-One Rate: $115/week

🔍 Math Skills Assessment
A Math Skills Assessment is required for all new students before being placed in a group. This allows us to identify exactly where your child is academically and ensure they are placed at the right level for their skill set.
Every family receives a detailed written results report included with the assessment.

Assessment Fee: $50 (Non-Refundable)

📋 Good to Know: The assessment report is yours to keep regardless of next steps. If you choose to enroll, we will use your child's results to build a personalized intervention plan at no additional cost.
Registration & Supply Fee: $60 (One-Time)
Due upon enrollment. Covers all art supplies, craft materials, and instructional folders for the duration of the program.
Please note: Lunch and transportation are not provided at this time. Enrollment is limited to maintain small group sizes and individualized instruction.
