Who We Serve
Small-Group Instruction for Home Education Students
We provide high-impact, small-group instruction in math and language arts for Grades 6-10. With only 3 students per grade, your child receives targeted, individualized support.
Note: Legibee Learning Academy is a parent-selected service for home education and PEP scholarship students. We are not a traditional private, virtual, or charter school.
Getting Started
Enrollment Fees
One-time fees required to enroll. These are separate from monthly tuition and the annual materials fee.
A single one-time fee covers your enrollment application and the required academic placement assessment. The assessment is conducted before the student's first session and is used to build a custom instructional plan. This fee is due upon initial enrollment application.

All fees are clearly disclosed below. Many items are included at no charge.
Covers the development of individualized intervention lesson plans, custom student portfolios, printed learning packets, and specialized supplies for hands-on projects throughout the year. Billed annually. Manipulatives and hands-on learning tools used in-center are provided at no additional cost.

How to Pay
Scholarship & Payment Options
We accept PEP and FES-UA scholarships. Private pay is also available via cash, check, or electronic payment.
We are an approved provider for PEP scholarship and FES-UA students. Scholarship billing is processed directly through the EMA portal on a monthly basis.

Families paying privately may use cash, check, or electronic payment. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month with a grace period through the 5th.

Important Policies
Know Before You Enroll
Please review our payment, withdrawal, and enrollment policies before completing registration.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of each month
- Grace period applies through the 5th of each month
- A $25 late fee applies if not received by the 5th
- Tuition is charged monthly
- No refunds for student absences
- If the center cancels a session, a makeup session is offered at no charge
- Scholarship families billed through EMA portal monthly
- Written notice required at least 30 days in advance
- Tuition is non-refundable for any month the student attends any portion
- Failure to provide notice may result in responsibility for the next scheduled payment
- All outstanding balances remain due upon withdrawal for any reason
- All enrollment and previously paid fees are non-refundable
- No withdrawal processing fee
- Enrollment is subject to availability
- Services are provided in-person only — no virtual option
- This program is not a private, virtual, public, or charter school
- Services are selected by the parent as part of the student's home education program
- This fee schedule is subject to change; families will be notified of updates
- PEP/FES families must ensure quarterly scholarship payments are processed on time
