Legibee Learning Academy is structured as a two-year intervention program beginning in 7th grade, giving students the time and support needed to address learning gaps before entering high school. Alongside targeted instruction in reading and math, students participate in life skills courses that connect learning to real-life application and daily responsibilities. This extended model supports steady academic growth while helping students build confidence, independence, and readiness for high school.

Here is what makes our two-year model different from a traditional middle school experience.
Most schools move forward whether a student is ready. Our two-year model gives students the support and time to master essential skills before entering high school.
Reading and math are the foundation of all learning. We provide focused, personalized instruction in both, meeting each student exactly where they are and helping them move forward.
Students at Legibee Learning Academy don’t just study. They put learning into practice. Our life skills courses help students see how academics relate to daily responsibilities, smart decision-making, and real-world experiences.
Academic growth is one thing. Believing in yourself is another. Our program is designed to build both so students enter high school not just caught up but truly ready.
All of our lessons, projects, and skill-building activities are designed with one purpose in mind. We help students enter high school ready, confident, and fully prepared to succeed on their own.
While the program is designed to start in 7th grade, 8th grade students are accepted based on individual needs and available space.
