Required Documents

Please have the following documents ready to bring to your interview appointment.

📄Legal Birth Certificate
🪪Social Security Card (optional but recommended)
💉Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH 680) or valid exemption
🏠Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease, or mortgage statement)
🩺Physical Exam dated within 12 months of registration
🎓Most Recent Report Card or Transcript
📋IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
⚖️Custody Documents (if applicable)

Registration Process

Follow these five steps to complete enrollment at Legibee Learning Academy.

Submit Enrollment Application
Complete and submit the online enrollment application below. You can also email your completed application to services@legibee.com

Application Review & Interview Scheduling
A Legibee Learning Academy staff member will review your application and contact you to schedule an interview for the parent/guardian and student.

Interview & Acceptance Notification
The interview will be held as scheduled. Parents will be notified of the student's acceptance decision 3 days after the interview.

Welcome Packet & Required Forms
Upon acceptance, families receive a Welcome Packet including:
  • Uniform Policy
  • Parent/Student Handbook
  • Medical Treatment Authorization Form
  • Emergency Contact Card
  • Pickup Authorization Form
  • Off-Campus Field Trip Permission Forms
    • Local Library
    • Local Park

Enrollment Confirmation
Once all required forms are received:
  • Students will be issued a school badge
  • Families will receive enrollment authorization to order the official school shirt

Annual Tuition: $10,000-$13,500 per student. First payment due before August 10, 2026. FES Program participants: the FES Program adjusts this amount.
