Registration

To get started, please fill out the registration form below. After you submit the form, a member of our team will contact you to guide you through the remaining steps, including submitting the required documents and completing your child’s registration.

Required registration documents include:
• Legal birth certificate
• Physical examination dated within 12 months of registration
• Certificate of immunization
• Transcripts from previous school(s)

Our staff is here to ensure the registration process is simple, supportive, and stress-free, guiding families every step of the way.

Registration Process

Please review the steps below to complete enrollment at Legibee Learning Academy. The Registration Packet is available below.

Step 1: Submit Enrollment Application

Parents/guardians must download, complete, and submit the Enrollment Application. All enrollment applications must be emailed to Services@Legibee.com

Step 2: Application Review & Interview Scheduling

A Legibee Learning Academy staff member will review the submitted application and contact the parent/guardian to schedule an interview for the parent and student.

Step 3: Interview & Acceptance Notification

The interview will be held as scheduled. Parents will be notified of the student’s acceptance decision 3 days after the interview.

Step 4: Welcome Packet & Required Forms

Upon acceptance, parents and students will receive a Welcome Packet, which includes:

  • Uniform Policy

  • Parent/Student Handbook

  • Medical Treatment Authorization Form

  • Emergency Contact Card

  • Pickup Authorization Form

  • Off-Campus Field Trip Permission Forms

    • Lake Wales Library

    • Lake Wailes Park

All required forms must be completed and submitted to Legibee Learning Academy by the assigned due date.

Step 5: Enrollment Confirmation

Once all required forms are received:

  • Students will be issued a school badge

  • Families will receive enrollment authorization to order the official school shirt
